Our lyophilization kitchens are equipped with nitrogen cooling tunnels to freeze fresh ingredients at a very low temperature (-51.1 º C), imprisoning their nutrients. Then, the water is eliminated and turned into ice vapour by an 18-hour process without creating liquid.
Therefore, only the water is removed from our fresh ingredients and there are only the excellent nutrients and the delicious flavor that your dog will love.
